DOCKAGE

All vessels including PWC:

$40.00 per foot>

 

YARD STORAGE

Summer Storage – Payment due in full no later than April 1, 2025

Boat Trailer Storage (With active DRYC Dockage Contract):

$125.00 per season.

Boat Trailer Storage up to 24 feet:

$150.00 per month.

Boat Trailer Storage over 24 feet:

$200.00 per month, plus $2.25 per foot.

 

Winter Storage

Payment due in full no later than October 1, 2025

Boat Storage (Tenants with DRYC Dockage Contract):

$2.75 Per square foot. 

(Non-Tenant) $3.00 Per square foot.

Boat Storage with trailer:

$300.00.

Camper Trailer Storage:

$300.00.  

 

SEASON LAUNCH PASS 

(Approximate dates May 15, 2025 to October 15, 2025)

Season:

$125.00 per season.

Single Day Launch:

$10.00 per day.

 

SUMMER STORE AND LAUNCH PASS

Onsite Boat and Trailer Storage with Season Launch Pass: 

$21.00 per foot (Min $200.00).

 

POP-UP’s and CAMPERS

Pop-Up/Campers:

$40.00 per foot.

Summer Stay Package (Dockage and Camper):

 $40.00 per foot.

 

SERVICES

(Dockside and Camper Park)

Electric Service (Basic Shoreline Power):

$150.00 per season.

Air Conditioner:

$125.00 per season, per unit.

 Air Conditioner - (Live on-board Boat or Camper for 3-days or more a week seasonally):

$300.00 Additional service fee.

TRANSIENT DOCKAGE or CAMPER

Boats – All vessels including PWC:

$1.25 per foot.

Campers/Pop-Ups:

$15.00 per night.

Tents: 

$10.00 per night
